How cancelling works
Cancel by 2 hours before class time
Unreserve at least 2 hours before your scheduled class time and there is no penalty at all.
Within 2 hours of class
That counts as a late cancellation. You will be charged a $15 fee.
No show
$20 for membership holders. On a class package you lose that class credit.
You can cancel through your account, or by calling, texting, or emailing the studio, or by messaging the One Ride Cycle Texas Instagram. Telling your instructor directly does not count.
Running late? Call the studio at least 10 minutes before class and we will hold your bike. Three minutes before we start, it goes to someone on standby.
